The Allnic Rose is a moving coil phono cartridge developed to reproduce music using a structure inspired by the cutting heads used to create vinyl master records. Designed as a successor to the Puritas, the Rose employs a lightweight moving system and proprietary cartridge architecture intended to improve tracking accuracy and musical detail retrieval.
A key element of the design is the use of dual hollow polycarbonate bobbins rather than the heavier iron bobbins commonly found in conventional moving coil cartridges. By reducing moving mass and positioning the coils closer to the stylus, the Rose is engineered to respond more accurately to groove modulation and extract greater low-level detail from vinyl recordings.
The cartridge also incorporates a newly developed Allnic damper system, Copper Clad Aluminium (CCA) dual coils, a Fritz Gyger 2 stylus profile, and an aluminium cantilever. Together, these elements are designed to provide precise groove tracing, improved transient response, and refined musical reproduction across a wide range of recordings.
