The Allnic H-6500 is a two-chassis vacuum tube phono stage designed for both moving magnet and moving coil cartridge systems. Combining multiple MM and MC inputs with a dedicated external power supply, it is engineered to provide low-noise amplification and flexible cartridge matching for high-performance analogue playback systems.
A defining feature of the H-6500 is its LCR-based RIAA equalization network, which uses a coil-capacitor-resistor filter to achieve highly accurate equalization while maintaining excellent dynamics and low-frequency performance. MC amplification is provided through proprietary Permalloy-core step-up transformers with selectable winding ratios, allowing the phono stage to accommodate a wide variety of moving coil cartridges.
The design also incorporates tube-regulated power supplies, separate power supply and phono stage chassis, and a substantial complement of 5842 triodes. Together, these elements are intended to maximise signal purity, improve dynamic range, and minimise interference from external electrical noise.
