My Story.
Since buying my first dedicated 2 channel amplifier, at the age of 16, great audio has not been simply about the equipment but about the experience of listening to music and the joy that brings.
Based in Haumoana, in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand, I have built Soul to Sole Audio around a lifelong passion for music, thoughtful design and the pursuit of better sound.
What began as an appreciation for well-designed audio has grown into an independent business representing specialist manufacturers from around the world. I work closely with the brands I represent, seeking out products that offer something genuinely distinctive - whether that's exceptional engineering, beautiful design, or simply the ability to bring recorded music to life.
Alongside distribution, I have developed and manufactured my own range of audio and music storage furniture. All manufactured in Hawke's Bay. From equipment racks and speaker stands to Record, CD and DVD storage, the philosophy is simple: good audio furniture should work beautifully, look at home in a living space and never distract from the music.
Today, Soul to Sole Audio brings those two sides of the business together - a carefully considered collection of international audio brands and a distinctly New Zealand approach to design and craftsmanship.

My approach to distribution is personal. Rather than simply assembling a portfolio of products, I work with specialist manufacturers whose products have a distinctive point of view - in their engineering, design or the way they bring music to life.
