The Allnic ZL-5000 MK2 Power Cable represents a redesigned generation of Allnic’s Zero Loss cable series, with a revised contact architecture, dual shielding, vibration control and hot-welded construction. Its IEC connector uses a beryllium copper-based four-surface contact structure that applies uniform pressure from four directions, supported by a steel plate spring for stable long-term contact and reduced mechanical play.
Dual aluminium foil and nickel-copper mesh shielding is designed to reject EMI, RFI, switching noise and other broadband interference. Allnic’s proprietary 1000°C hot-welding process fuses the conductor and terminal into a unified metal body without solder, helping minimise contact resistance and restrictions to current flow, while the connector, handle and outer jacket are finished in matte black for a clean, understated appearance.
