The Allnic ZL-3000 MK2 Power Cable is designed around Allnic’s patented Zero Loss Technology, using heavy-gauge nickel-plated OFC conductors to provide high-current conductivity. Aluminium and nickel-copper mesh double shielding helps block noise, while the cable’s construction is engineered to minimise linkage, contact and wire resistance.

The cable uses four-surface beryllium copper contacts reinforced by steel plate springs to maintain high contact pressure at IEC receptacles. A 1000°C hot-melt welding process directly joins the wire and terminal without conventional soldering or clamping, while silicon rubber insulation between the wires supports high-temperature operation, reduces vibration and helps prevent wear.
